QUALIFICATIONS
1. You must make 3 times the rent
2. Income must be provable by your last 3 paystubs
3. No Evictions in the past 12 months
4. No violent felonies on the record of anyone over 18 years old
5. No pets
The landlord’s tenant selection criteria will include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected.
